Manchester Central reserves take on Atherton Town ‘A’ at The Manchester College this Saturday (KO:15:00)

Last time out, Central came back from 2-0 down to salvage an entertaining 3-3 draw away to Bolton Lads & Girls Club Reserves. Central were 2-0 down before half-time but goals from Joel Edwards, Teon Jackto and Chieku Thiam gave Central a share of the points.

That result leaves Central 3rd in Division 4 on 13 points, just 3 off top of the table Royton Town Reserves. Our visitors this weekend, Atherton Town ‘A’ sit 7th, on 10 points.

They comfortably beat Tintwistle Athletic Reserves 4-0 last weekend. Elson Fernandos bagged a hat-trick with a sole goal from Adam Durkin sealing the win.
